Terms & Conditions

  1. All rates given are for local use only. Our understanding for local use is within the boundaries of the City of Cape Town. 
  2. Long distance rentals need to be negotiated and the local rates do not apply.
  3. In general, full and final amounts of trailer hire and security deposits need to be paid up front in full before the hire takes place.
  4. Fraudulent and conning behavior of misrepresentation in regards to the trailer hire will lead to be submitted to SAPS as fraud and blacklisting for future Hire with Tableview Trailer Hire.
  5. Hirer is fully responsible for any traffic fines or any other offence committed using the trailer, like illegal dumping or illegal transport of any kinds of goods.
  6. Hirer is fully responsible for any damages to the trailer or any kinds of collisions from or into the trailer.
  7. Strictly no cross border use.
  8. Trailers are only permitted to be used on tarred roads. Possible off road use needs to be declared, and a special security deposit for off road use will apply.
  9. Any damages to the tyres are the sole responsibility of the Hirer.
  10. Deposits must be collected on return of the trailer – T&Cs apply. Deposits not collected after 72 hours will incur a processing fee of R400.
  11. Cancellations will incur a Cancellation Processing Fee of R 400
  12. Any Refunds will be given in Vouchers for a possible Future use and are not transferable
  13. No Refunds Prior to 10 days of the Hire dates , without providing an alternative Hirer that will take over the booking
  14. NO 24 HR BILLING .Usage fee ( Hire fees) between our daily business hours apply
  15. Trailer must be returned in a clean and acceptable condition, If returned dirty a “Cleaning Fee” between R 100 to R 250 applies
  16. In General no loading of STONES/SAND/BUILDING RUBBLE /INSTANT GRASS/FIREWOOD PIECES is permitted
  17. Late Returns / Afterhours Returns will be levied between 20- 50% of the Hire fees .Returns after 8 AM the following day will be levied the full Hire fees for the Business days (pre-arrangements will be considered)
  18. Please do not interfere ( even with good intentions) in our Processes . We will hook and unhook the trailer . Be patient when returning the trailer
  19. Please ensure that your staff, helpers or any other not involved person stay in your vehicle, to avoid injuries or damages
  20. If there is no access to the parking area, please take another loop. Do not enter forcefully.
  21. A Tax Invoice will be issued on collection. If a reissue is requested, an admin fee will be applied.

  • Monday - Saturday: 07h30 - 17h00 or/and after prior arrangements
  • Sunday & Public Holidays: 08h00 - 13h00 or/and after prior arrangements
  • First & Last Sunday of the month: 08h00 - 17h00 or/and after prior arrangements

*subject to seasons, weather conditions and operational reasons.
